A critical aspect to any business is to have an online web presence and increased visibility to web users.  WCatDD is excited to offer several different advertising opportunities designed to increase your business’s brand presence through search engine optimization (SEO), banner advertising, and social media.

Web Banner Advertising

There are currently four 125×125 banner ad spaces available on What’s Cooking at DD.

The top two spaces are available on a weekly or monthly basis at the following rates:
Weekly – $4.00
Monthly – $15.00
Additional discounts apply for ad lengths longer than 2 months.

In addition, two spaces are available through Project Wonderful. These ads are purchased through “auctions” where the highest bidder will receive the ad space for that day.

For guaranteed visibility, we recommend reserving your space on a weekly or monthly basis. If funds are more limited, then you can try your bidding luck through Project Wonderful.

Featured Product

The Featured Product space is available for purchase at a rate of $20/month. This includes placement of a banner ad up to 130×240 pixels. Please note that we cannot promote products that we have not tried and loved, so please be prepared to send a sample if necessary.

Banner Ad Design

If you would like to advertise on WCatDD, but do not have a banner ad, banner ad design is available for an additional fee of $25.00.

Sponsor a Giveaway

Giveaways are a great way to promote a specific product to our readers. Typical giveaways will include one blog post that displays one image of the giveaway item, a link to your desired website, and any promotions or specials that you are offering in conjunction with the giveaway. In addition, your company’s name and logo will be featured under the “Giveaway Sponsor” section on the blog.  Finally, giveaway entrants will be able to earn additional giveaway entries by visiting your desired website and sharing products that interest them. This not only drives traffic to your site, but encourages potential customers to look at your entire product line. Currently, our giveaways run for one to three weeks, depending on the product. There is no cost for product giveaways.

Product Reviews

Product reviews are available as a stand alone post or in conjunction with a giveaway. A sample of the product must be shipped to us for testing, as we will only post reviews of products that we have tested. We will always post our honest opinion about the product. If there are recommendations for areas of improvement, we will contact you with a draft of the blog post to provide you with opportunity to address any concerns or recommendations. There is no additional cost for a product review. Unless specified before shipment, we will not return items provided for reviews.
